I've been on a health kick myself, and have upped my protein intake by adding more eggs and meat to my diet. I do feel better.
I've been researching vitamin D, and probably get enough from sun exposure. I walk outside about 1-1/2 hours a day, usually with short sleeves. The body also stores vitamin D from the summer and releases it throughout the year.
My knees and feet have also been feeling much better, after I accidentally discovered that wearing 2 pairs of insoles in my shoes is better than one.
